The panel is Class A2 non-combustible throughout: aluminum face, hexagonal aluminum honeycomb core and aluminum back, with no wood, paper or resin core to ignite. For hotels, dormitories, hospitals and public buildings this removes the fire-load problem that timber-based furniture boards introduce into guest rooms and corridors.

A2 non-combustible, with no toxic smoke. In a fire the greatest danger in furnished rooms is smoke from burning organic boards and adhesives. This panel contains no organic material at all, so it does not ignite, does not spread flame and does not release toxic smoke, which supports approval in projects with strict fire and life-safety review.
Built for project volume and schedule. Panels are produced in bulk, cut to size against your cutting list and shipped on a scheduled programme so that hundreds of guest rooms can be fitted out in phases without colour or thickness variation between batches.
Durable in high-turnover environments. Guest room furniture takes constant abuse from luggage, cleaning trolleys and daily wipe-downs. The aluminum surface resists scratching, moisture and staining, and the panel will not swell at the base like MDF furniture in humid or coastal properties.
