Customization

• Regular size adjustment: Customize length and width dimensions (e.g., large panels for curtain walls, small panels for furniture) according to installation scenarios to meet different construction or production requirements.
• Special-shaped cutting customization: Support processing of special shapes such as circular, curved, trapezoidal and hollowed-out designs, satisfying the needs of special styling (e.g., ceiling modeling, special-shaped furniture panels).
• Thickness customization: The thickness of the honeycomb core can be selected from 5mm to 200mm, and the total thickness of the panel can be customized (commonly ranging from 10mm to 50mm), balancing load-bearing requirements and lightweight goals.

Panel material customization

• Metal panels: Aluminum alloy (3-series and 5-series), meeting the requirements of corrosion resistance, high strength or high-end decoration.
• Non-metal panels: Fireproof boards, wood grain boards, stone grain boards, FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics), etc., suitable for interior decoration, fire prevention and flame retardant scenarios.

Honeycomb core material customization

• Aluminum honeycomb core: The standard type features high cost performance; high-strength aluminum honeycomb core can enhance the overall load-bearing capacity.
• Adhesive layer customization: Formaldehyde-free glue is adopted, which is high temperature resistant and environmentally friendly.

Surface customization

• Film lamination (scratch-resistant and easy to clean): More than 200 types of films are available for selection.
• Color customization: Precise color matching can be done according to the color cards provided by customers (e.g., RAL color cards, PANTONE color cards), meeting the needs of brand-unified color schemes or space design.
• Surface flatness and glossiness customization: Various gloss levels are available, including high-gloss, matte and semi-matte.

• Fire prevention and flame retardant customization: By selecting fireproof panels, fireproof honeycomb cores and flame retardant adhesives, products that meet Grade A (non-combustible) or Grade B1 fire prevention standards can be customized, which are suitable for high-rise buildings, subways, computer rooms and other scenarios.
• Sound and heat insulation customization: Adding sound insulation cotton and heat insulation layers, or adopting special honeycomb core structures, can improve sound insulation, noise reduction, heat preservation and insulation performance, which are applicable to sound insulation walls, cold storage panels and carriage interiors.
• Noise reduction customization: Suitable for places such as KTVs.

• Installation structure customization: Customize supporting structures according to installation methods, such as hanging lugs and clamping grooves for curtain walls; embedded nuts and splicing rabbets for furniture; hook interfaces for ceilings, etc.
• Deep processing customization: Provide deep processing services such as bending, punching, slotting and chamfering, and deliver directly assembled finished parts to reduce customers' secondary processing costs.

• Special for building curtain walls: Designed with large size, high weather resistance and wind pressure resistance, matched with curtain wall installation systems.
• Special for furniture and cabinets: Small panels with light weight, easy processing and strong decorative effect, supporting seamless splicing.
• Special for rail transit/ships: Fireproof, soundproof and lightweight, complying with industry safety standards.
• Special for industrial equipment: High strength, anti-static and high temperature resistant, suitable for equipment shells or protective panels.
