CHAOEN Aluminium Honeycomb Interior Wall Panel bonds two coated aluminium skins to a hexagonal aluminium honeycomb core, giving a large-format wall panel that stays dead flat at only 4.5-5.5 kg per square meter. One worker can carry and position a full panel, which keeps installation fast on tight fit-out programmes.
The panel is all aluminium, so it contributes zero formaldehyde, does not absorb moisture and carries an A2 non-combustible rating. Panels are cut to project dimensions and hook onto concealed mounting clips, producing a flush wall with hairline joints and no visible fixings.
Detailed Description
Flat at large format. The honeycomb core resists the bowing and oil-canning that thin sheet linings show across wide spans, so long walls read as one clean plane under grazing light.
Light enough for one-person handling. At 4.5-5.5 kg per square meter the panel cuts lifting equipment and labour on site compared with stone, glass or thick composite linings.
Zero formaldehyde, all aluminium. There is no timber, particle board or paper liner inside, so the wall adds nothing to indoor formaldehyde levels and no fuel load to the space.
A2 non-combustible. The aluminium skin and aluminium core meet A2 class requirements for commercial and public interiors.
Dry hook-on installation. Panels mount on concealed clips rather than wet adhesive, so a wall can be installed quickly, adjusted for alignment and a single panel removed later if needed.
Finish range for design matching. Wood grain, stone and solid colour finishes are available, with custom colours matched to RAL, Pantone or NCS references for project specification.
