A: Our aluminum honeycomb panels are composed of high-strength aluminum alloy face sheets and aviation-grade honeycomb cores. With a surface density only 1/3 that of traditional aluminum plates, their bending and compression resistance is 5–8 times higher than that of aluminum plates of the same thickness. Regular honeycomb panels for curtain walls (with face sheets 1.0–2.0mm thick and core materials 30–50mm thick) can withstand a wind pressure of ≥2.5kPa, fully meeting the load-bearing and wind load requirements of curtain walls for high-rise buildings and large-span suspended ceilings. They have been applied in multiple landmark construction projects.

A: Waterproof: The face sheets adopt fluorocarbon/polyester spraying technology with excellent sealing performance. The honeycomb cores are treated for moisture resistance, with a water absorption rate of <0.3%. They can be used in humid areas such as bathrooms, kitchens and outdoor canopies.
Fireproof: The panels are classified as Class A non-combustible materials, releasing no toxic gases during combustion. They comply with the GB8624-2012 fire protection standard and are suitable for public buildings like shopping malls, hospitals and subway stations.
Sound insulation: The hexagonal structure of the honeycomb core effectively blocks sound wave transmission. A 40mm-thick honeycomb panel can achieve a sound insulation capacity of over 30dB, which is 60% higher than that of ordinary aluminum plates.

A: Under normal use and maintenance, our aluminum honeycomb panels have a service life of 30 years.
Deformation resistance: The supporting structure of the honeycomb core gives the panels high rigidity and a low thermal expansion and contraction coefficient. No obvious deformation will occur within the temperature range of -50℃ to 120℃.
Fading resistance: The surface fluorocarbon coating (PVDF) has excellent weather resistance, withstanding ultraviolet rays and acid rain corrosion. The color retention rate can still reach over 85% after more than 10 years of outdoor use, far superior to ordinary sprayed panels.

A: Our aluminum honeycomb panels have a wide range of applications, mainly divided into three categories:
Building decoration: Exterior curtain walls, indoor suspended ceilings, partition walls, elevator cabs, subway station platform walls.
Furniture manufacturing: High-end office desk tops, wardrobe door panels, cabinet bodies. They are light in weight yet strong in load-bearing capacity, and more moisture-proof and moth-proof than solid wood.
Transportation/industry: RV compartment panels, ship bulkheads, clean room partitions, meeting the dual requirements of lightweight and high strength.

A: The main differences lie in the surface coating and core moisture-proof treatment:
Outdoor type: Adopts fluorocarbon spraying (PVDF) with a coating thickness of ≥25μm, featuring stronger weather resistance and corrosion resistance. The honeycomb cores are subject to deep moisture-proof and corrosion-proof treatment, and sealing strips are added to the panel edges to prevent rainwater infiltration.
Indoor type: Can be processed with polyester spraying or wood grain transfer printing to meet aesthetic needs, with relatively lower cost.We will recommend the corresponding panel configuration according to your specific application scenarios.

A: Customization is fully available.
Size: The regular panel size is 1220×2400mm, and the maximum producible size can reach 1500×6000mm, supporting arbitrary cutting.
Color: We can provide any color matching according to the Pantone color chart, and also support wood grain and stone grain transfer printing effects.
Thickness: The face sheet thickness ranges from 0.8–3.0mm, and the honeycomb core thickness ranges from 10–100mm, both adjustable as required.
MOQ: The MOQ is 500㎡ for regular models . Discounts are available for large orders.

A: The price of aluminum honeycomb panels is affected by factors such as face sheet thickness, core material specifications, surface coating and order quantity. The price of regular indoor models is about 14–16USD/㎡, and that of outdoor fluorocarbon models is about 18-22USD/㎡ (specific price needs to be calculated based on provided parameters).
Our quotation includes production cost, cutting cost and packaging cost by default, excluding freight, customs duties and installation cost. If a tax-inclusive price or DDP quotation is required, please inform us in advance, and we will make a separate calculation.

A: The production lead time depends on the order quantity and process:
Regular orders (100–500㎡): 3 working days.
Custom orders (special processes/large sizes): 15 working days.
For transportation, we have long-term cooperation with professional logistics providers, and can offer multiple solutions including sea freight, air freight and land freight, supporting door-to-door (DDP) service to ensure the goods are delivered safely and on time.

A: We provide a 30-year quality warranty. During the warranty period, if non-human quality problems such as coating peeling and panel deformation occur, we will provide free replacement or repair.
Every batch of goods undergoes strict compression resistance, bending resistance and weather resistance tests before leaving the factory, and is accompanied by inspection reports and warranty certificates. If you find quality problems after receiving the goods, please contact us within 7 days, provide photos and inspection reports, and we will arrange after-sales personnel to handle the issue immediately.

A: Aluminum honeycomb panels feature flexible installation methods (dry hanging, pasting, hanging), with lower construction difficulty than traditional stone and concrete panels.
We will provide detailed installation drawings, accessory lists and construction manuals for each order. If needed, we can arrange technical personnel to provide remote installation guidance; for large orders, we can send engineers to provide on-site assistance.

A: According to the installation method, we can provide a full set of accessories including keels, hangers, screws and sealants. The accessories can be made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel to ensure matching with the panels and avoid rusting or loosening in the later stage.
