Assign a dedicated after-sales contact person and set up a multilingual after-sales hotline to respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours.

For urgent issues (e.g., installation difficulties encountered during project construction), we offer remote video guidance; if necessary, we will dispatch technical personnel for on-site services (for foreign trade orders, support can be coordinated through local cooperative service providers).

We provide long-term supply of matching spare parts (e.g., special sealant, connectors, aluminum angle brackets) to facilitate customers' later maintenance and replacement. For products beyond the warranty period, we offer cost-based repair services and charge reasonable labor and material fees.
