CHAOEN Interior Wall Panel is a lightweight sandwich panel built from two coated aluminium skins bonded to a hexagonal aluminium foil honeycomb core. The all-metal construction makes every panel dimensionally stable: a large 1220 mm wide board stays perfectly flat with no buckling, warping or drumming over time, even in heated or air-conditioned interiors.
Because both skins and the core are aluminium, the panel releases no formaldehyde and absorbs no moisture, so it is safe for occupied spaces and stays stable in humid conditions. Wood grain, stone and solid colour finishes give the look of natural materials with the maintenance and fire performance of metal. Panels are supplied to project dimensions with concealed hairline joints or decorative reveal battens.
Detailed Description
Hyper flat, and stays flat. The rigid aluminium honeycomb core keeps a large panel flat without stiffening ribs, and the flatness is not lost after cutting, transport or years of service. A wall that is flat at installation is still flat when it is re-fitted or re-painted.
Zero formaldehyde, safe for people. There is no wood, no particle board and no glue-heavy core in the panel, so there is no formaldehyde release and no odour when a room is finished. This matters for offices, hotels, schools and healthcare interiors where air quality is specified.
Lightweight, easy to handle. At about 4.5-5.5 kg per square meter the panel is light enough for one or two fitters to handle large boards without heavy lifting equipment, speeding up installation on fit-out projects.
Wood, stone and colour without the upkeep. The coated face reproduces wood grain and stone textures with consistent colour and a surface that wipes clean, does not need sealing or polishing and does not fade unevenly in interior light.
Fire performance as standard. The panel is A2 class non-combustible with zero formaldehyde emission, which removes combustible wall lining material from the room and supports compliance with building fire codes.
Cut to your drawings, delivered ready to fix. Panels are produced to project dimensions and edge-finished, so installers mount them directly with no on-site cutting waste inside a finished space.
