CHAOEN Aluminum Honeycomb Panel (Whole-House Custom Series) is built for installers. At roughly 5.5 kg per square metre, a full-height panel can be carried and positioned by one worker, cut and drilled with standard woodworking tooling, and fixed with ordinary furniture hardware. Projects that would normally need two fitters and a full day of heavy lifting move faster, with lower labour cost and less site damage.
Detailed Description
Light enough for one-person handling. The honeycomb core removes most of the mass while keeping panel stiffness, so full-height boards can be lifted, turned and positioned single-handed. Fewer workers are needed on site, fitting is faster, and there is far less risk of damaging finished floors and walls during installation.
Works with the tools and hardware you already use. Panels can be sawn, routed, drilled and edge-banded with standard woodworking equipment, and accept common hinges, drawer runners, shelf pins and cam connectors. No specialist metal fabrication is required, so existing furniture workshops can adopt the material immediately.
Mix white and wood in a single system. The series is supplied in 200+ colours and wood grains with a consistent thickness and edge profile, so white upper units, wood-grain lower units and open shelving can be combined across a whole home while keeping joints and reveals uniform.
Stable, clean and permanent. The all-aluminum build absorbs no water, emits no formaldehyde and is A2 non-combustible, so cabinetry stays flat and safe in kitchens, bathrooms, children's rooms and rental properties alike, with a non-porous surface that wipes clean.

Q1: Can one worker really install these panels alone?
A1: Yes for most panel sizes. At about 5.5 kg per square metre, a full-height panel is light enough for single-person handling, which is the main reason customers switch from MDF for large fit-out projects.

A5: 18 mm for both doors and carcass panels, with 14 mm, 16 mm and 20 mm available. Wall and ceiling panels are 7-9 mm and full door leaves 38-48 mm.
Q6: Do you supply cut-to-size or only full sheets?
A6: Both. We supply full sheets at 1220 x 2440 mm, custom sizes up to 1500 x 4000 mm, and CNC cut-to-size parts machined to your cutting list.
Q7: Is the panel safe for children's rooms?
A7: Yes. There is zero formaldehyde emission because the panel contains no wood, paper or urea-formaldehyde adhesive, and it is rated A2 non-combustible.
Q8: What is the MOQ?
