CHAOEN Aluminum Honeycomb Panel (Mix & Match Cabinet Door Series) lets one supplier cover an entire multi-finish scheme. Solid colours and wood grains share the same 18 mm aluminum honeycomb build, the same edge profile and the same batch colour control, so a two-tone kitchen or colour-blocked wardrobe lines up perfectly instead of mixing panels from different factories with different thicknesses and different colour drift.
Detailed Description
One core, every finish. Designers increasingly specify two-tone and colour-block cabinetry, which usually means sourcing solid-colour doors from one supplier and wood-grain doors from another. Here both come off the same line with identical thickness, identical edge treatment and identical hardware behaviour, so the finished job reads as one coherent system.
Batch colour consistency across phases. Large projects are delivered in stages, and colour drift between batches is a common complaint. Our colour matching laboratory checks every production run against the reference standard, so panels shipped months apart still match on the wall.
The same durability behind every finish. Whichever colour or grain is chosen, the panel is 100% aluminum with a hexagonal honeycomb core: zero water absorption, zero formaldehyde, A2 non-combustible and dimensionally stable from -50 C to 120 C.
Full customization. 200+ colours and wood grains with RAL, Pantone and NCS matching, matte or gloss, optional anti-fingerprint coating, thickness 14-20 mm and CNC cut-to-size panels with aluminum banding or mitred edges.

Q1: Can I order solid colours and wood grains in one shipment?
A1: Yes. That is the point of this series. Both share the same construction and edge profile, so they can be combined freely in one project, provided each finish reaches the 500 square meter minimum.
Q2: Will colours match between the first and later deliveries?
A2: Yes. Every batch is checked against the reference standard in our colour matching laboratory, which is how we hold consistency across phased project deliveries.
Q3: Do wood grain and solid colour panels behave the same when machined?
A3: Yes. Both are the same aluminum honeycomb board underneath, so cutting, drilling and hardware fitting are identical regardless of the surface finish.
Q4: Can you match a specific RAL or Pantone reference?
A4: Yes. We match RAL, Pantone and NCS references and can develop a bespoke colour for volume orders.
Q5: What thickness should I specify for doors?
A5: 18 mm is standard for cabinet and wardrobe doors, with 14 mm, 16 mm and 20 mm available. Wall and ceiling panels are 7-9 mm and full door leaves 38-48 mm.
Q6: Is the panel suitable for wet areas as well as dry rooms?
A6: Yes. Water absorption is 0% and there is no organic content, so the same finish can run from kitchen to bathroom to living room without substituting material.
Q7: What is the MOQ?
A7: 500 square meters per colour or finish. Free samples are supplied first so you can approve each finish in the scheme.
Q8: Is the panel recyclable?
A8: Yes, 100%. The whole panel is aluminum with no bonded wood or paper layers.
