First, whether single-layer or multi-layer composite, the board's surface should feel flat and smooth, with no obvious depressions, bulges or scratches. Using a hardness tool to lightly scratch it, there should be no clear marks-shallower, less noticeable scratches are better. Holding both ends and shaking slightly, the structure must stay stable without looseness, and no delamination or abnormal noise at the honeycomb core-board bond.

Under strong light, the surface color should be uniform, no local yellowing, blackening or color spots. Its metallic luster should be natural, no harsh glare. Edges must be neatly cut, free of burrs, curled edges or cracks, and the flatness error at joints should meet industry standards.

Second, boards for different uses have specific requirements. Exterior ones need qualified wind pressure resistance-no deformation, damage after impact tests, and no cracking or peeling of the weather-resistant coating.
