Scientific storage can extend lifespan, focusing on moisture prevention, pressure prevention, and deformation prevention.
Storage environment: Paper panels should be stored in a dry warehouse (temperature 15-25°C, humidity ≤60%), away from water sources and heating sources; plastic/metal panels can be stored at room temperature, but direct sunlight should be avoided (to prevent aging/fading).
Stacking requirements: Stack according to size, with wooden blocks at the bottom (height ≥10cm, to prevent ground moisture). Stacking height: Paper panels ≤1.2m, plastic panels ≤1.5m, metal panels ≤2m, to avoid core cell deformation due to heavy pressure.
Protective measures: For long-term storage (over 3 months), cover with plastic film (dust and moisture prevention); turn paper panels regularly (once every 2 weeks to avoid localized pressure); handle with care (do not drag to prevent edge damage); avoid collisions with metal panels (to prevent coating scratches).
Damage handling: Slightly damp paperboard can be air-dried (do not expose to direct sunlight to avoid warping), but severely delaminated boards must be scrapped; scratches on the coating of metal boards need to be repaired with anti-corrosion paint to prevent rusting.
