CHAOEN Antibacterial Interior Wall Panel is designed for interiors that are disinfected every single day. An antibacterial coated aluminium face is bonded to a hexagonal aluminium honeycomb core, giving a completely non-porous wall surface with no paper liner, no timber and no open edge for moisture or contamination to enter.
Because the whole panel is aluminium, the wall does not swell, mould or delaminate under repeated wet cleaning, and it adds zero formaldehyde and no fire load to the space. Panels are cut to project dimensions and hook onto concealed mounting clips, so a single panel can be removed and replaced without disturbing the finished wall around it.
Detailed Description
Built for daily disinfection. The coated face is designed to be wiped down with hospital-grade disinfectant without chalking, staining or losing its finish, so cleaning routines do not shorten the life of the wall.
Non-porous, all-aluminium build. Gypsum and timber-based linings absorb moisture at cut edges and joints. This panel has aluminium skins over an aluminium core, so there is nothing to soak up water or feed mould growth.
Antibacterial coated surface. The face coating is specified to resist bacterial growth on the wall surface; the antibacterial test report is available on request for project submittals.
Zero formaldehyde and A2 non-combustible. There is no particle board or resin panel inside, so the wall contributes no formaldehyde to indoor air and no fuel to a fire - important for wards, labs and care homes.
Flat, hairline-jointed finish. Panels stay dimensionally stable and mount on concealed clips, giving a clean flush wall with tight joints and no exposed fixings for dirt to collect around.
Single-panel replacement. Because panels hook on rather than glue on, a damaged or contaminated panel can be swapped out during a short maintenance window instead of rebuilding the wall.
