Product Overview

Compact Laminate (also known as HPL Compact, Solid Phenolic Panel, or 抗倍特板) is a high-density, self-supporting decorative panel manufactured by compressing multiple layers of phenolic-resin-impregnated kraft paper with a melamine-resin-impregnated decorative surface layer under extreme heat (≥150°C) and pressure (≥1,000 psi / ~7 MPa). The result is a solid, homogeneous panel with a density ≥1,350 kg/m³ - significantly denser and stronger than standard HPL sheets.

Unlike thin decorative laminates that require a substrate, compact laminate is a structural panel in its own right. It delivers outstanding impact resistance, moisture immunity, chemical resistance, and fire retardancy, making it the material of choice for demanding commercial interiors: toilet partitions, laboratory worktops, locker room benches, wall cladding, locker doors, and high-traffic furniture. Manufactured to EN 438 and ISO 4586 standards, it meets the most stringent requirements for durability, hygiene, and safety in public environments.
