The CHAOEN High-Density Aluminum Honeycomb Panel is a structural-grade all-aluminum honeycomb composite panel engineered to the load-bearing, weight-critical, and safety-certified performance requirements of marine shipbuilding, aerospace interior and floor construction, transportation vehicle body panels, high-load architectural facade cassettes, industrial floor and work surface systems, and OEM structural composite applications where standard decorative-grade honeycomb panels cannot meet the compressive strength, shear stiffness, panel density, or marine and aerospace certification standards specified in the project engineering documentation.
Marine & Aerospace Approved: The panel construction, core specification, and face skin bonding meet the material and performance approval requirements for marine shipbuilding classification society acceptance (hull interior, deck, and bulkhead panel applications) and aerospace interior structural composite panel specifications (cabin floor, galley, lavatory, and interior sidewall panel applications). Certification documentation and test reports are supplied to support marine and aerospace project approval submissions on request.
Custom Thickness 15-50mm: The panel is available in custom thickness from 15mm to 50mm to match the structural span, fixing centre, and deflection limit of each individual application -- 15-20mm for general structural cladding, 25-35mm for marine and vehicle interior structural panels, 40-50mm for aerospace floor and heavy point-load structural applications -- all produced on the same high-density honeycomb platform with the same structural performance and certification capability across the thickness range.
