CHAOEN Aluminum Honeycomb Panel (Custom Finish & OEM Service Series) is the same all-aluminium core supplied in whatever finish your programme requires. Send a RAL, Pantone or NCS code, or a physical sample, and we match it, send a free pre-production sample for sign-off, then produce under your own label and packaging.
Detailed Description
Core performance stays constant across every finish. Whether the face is a solid colour, a wood grain, a brushed metal or a stone look, the panel underneath is the same A2 non-combustible, zero-formaldehyde, 0% water absorption construction, so a range can be extended visually without re-qualifying the material.
Matching is verified, not eyeballed. Colour is read with a spectrophotometer against your reference and confirmed on a physical pre-production sample before the run starts, which is what prevents the batch-to-batch drift that causes rejections on repeat orders.
Private label from the carton outwards. Panels can be labelled, wrapped and cartoned in your own brand design, so distributor and own-brand programmes arrive retail-ready rather than needing re-packing.
Trial quantities before a full rollout. For new ranges we accept small trial batches so the finish can be validated in your market before committing to full container volumes.
