9. How are cabinet boards packaged and shipped?
Packaging: Each board is covered with 50μm PE protective film on both faces. Boards are stacked with PE foam interleaving between each panel, a 5mm MDF cover sheet top and bottom, and secured with steel straps or PET bands. All four corners and edges are protected with heavy-duty cardboard or plastic corner guards.
Export packaging: ISPM 15 fumigated plywood crates with full peripheral protection. Optional vacuum packaging for LCL sea freight.
Shipping:
