Second, PP honeycomb cores for different application scenarios have specific requirements. For PP honeycomb cores used in daily packaging boxes or temporary partition walls, they must meet weight requirements while ensuring the PP surface remains intact, with uniform pores in the honeycomb core (no blockages or collapse) and overall mechanical performance that complies with design specifications for lightweight and practical PP cores.
